The construction company was founded in 1996 as a sole proprietorship under Henri Laine and became a limited company in 2005. It specialises in personalised buildings designed by architects and handles the whole project, from permits and foundations to construction and handover of the keys. Work includes foundations, new-build projects, summer cottages and subcontracting.
Depending on the size of the project, it employs 6 to 10 carpenters and works with subcontractors from other trades. Some long-serving staff members have been with the company for 15 years. It mainly operates in the Varsinais-Suomi region.
