This multi-purpose event venue hosts business and private events, celebrations and music events. The spaces include a 300 m² hall, a loft, Villilä manor, a smoke sauna, a courtyard and a machine hall. The building dates from 1950–1952 and was originally part of the Pyssykangas sawmill; Harri Höglund bought and renovated it in 2017, keeping features such as exposed brick walls and old glass windows.
Events are arranged as a full turnkey service: catering, table settings, decoration, programme services and final cleaning. The spaces are not rented as bare rooms for private use; all services are sold as part of the event package. It operates as a restaurant, following food self-monitoring and alcohol legislation, and Hotelli Verstas offers characterful accommodation. The seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
