This greenhouse restaurant sets its tables among banana trees, citrus plants and herbs in a tropical planted setting. Tomato is a central ingredient, and the menus include a seven-course tomato and cucumber menu and vegetable-based desserts such as a tomato pannacotta. Food is made from scratch with local ingredients. The restaurant has operated since 2005 and is owned by Maria Berg, who grew up on her parents' greenhouse tomato farm. It has been listed in Lonely Planet's list of 16 top restaurants in Finland and Thrillist's list of the most worthwhile restaurants in Europe.
In winter it is open to pre-booked groups of at least 15 adults, while summer lunch is served without a reservation. Special diets and allergies are accommodated, but special meals must be ordered in advance. A Christmas buffet, a Father's Day buffet, Christmas Eve takeaway and a three-course menu are also offered. The seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
