This non-profit 4H association works with children and young people. Its approach is learning by doing, with clubs, courses, competitions, camps and excursions. It has been a registered association since 15 December 1983, with roots in Pörtom going back to 1933. It has about 324 active youth members, and activities cover the whole town area.
Club themes include cooking, animals and experiments, and the Bella girls' groups support girls' mental wellbeing. The youth work agency Sydpolen finds jobs for young people with local households, such as lawn mowing, child minding and dog walking. The association cooperates with the town, other associations and private persons. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
