Insurance damage assessments come with a cost estimate, and the shop helps with the insurance claim process. You can drive the car in for assessment and book the repair at the same visit. A B-class replacement car can be rented during repairs, as stated on the website, and all repair work carries a warranty. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
