Founded in 2001, the company prepares building energy performance certificates in Pirkanmaa with FISE-certified competence. Clients include small-house designers, sellers and housing companies. Energy assessments for new buildings also cover garages and halls.
Certificates are electronically signed as PDFs and registered in ARA's energy certificate register. They remain valid for ten years. Energy assessments can be updated before a building enters use.
