The manufacturer produces winter and summer tyres for cars, SUVs, vans and heavy vehicles. Hakkapeliitta studded and friction tyres are designed, tested and made in Finland for northern conditions. Testing takes place at two centres in Finland and one in Spain.
DSI and WSI indicators show remaining tread depth and replacement needs. Selected tyres use aramid-reinforced sidewalls or SilentDrive technology, while Electric Fit markings identify suitability for electric vehicles.
