Established in 1975, the district heating company produces heat mainly from domestic fuels. Its network also reaches the Känkkäälä green energy industrial area, following an extension in 2016. The company has eight permanent employees.
Customers can track district heat use through a consumption monitoring service. The company publishes financial statements and activity reports and is a member of Finnish Energy, the industry association. Accessible parking is available at the office.
