The school music teachers' association organises an annual autumn seminar and spring and autumn general meetings. It publishes a member newsletter and selects a music teacher of the year.
Upper secondary pupils can receive Pro Musica medals and certificates for musical talent and activity. Comprehensive-school pupils are recognised with music-clef pins. Medals and pins are ordered through the online shop or form, with names and graduation dates engravable on medals. Membership is open.
