The former red-brick wool mill is now a commercial property of about 16,000 square metres housing around 30 businesses. It contains offices, storage, restaurants, wellness, sports and accommodation services, and halls. The mill began operating in 1876 and closed in 1970.
Ravintola Ola serves weekday lunches, while Tunnelmatehdas takes sauna, meeting, party and group bookings, with treatments by arrangement. Hotel Teltta has 11 insulated tent-style rooms on the fourth floor with mechanical ventilation. Catering is available for meetings and events. The yard has about 200 parking spaces, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
