This granite cruciform church was completed in 1866 and is the parish's fourth. Designed by Jean Wik, its stone walls were quarried at Niemenkylä. It has three naves divided by wooden pillars, with a wooden barrel vault over the central nave. The pulpit area has a pelican carving and a 1642 Bible on display, and the 41-stop organ was built in 1972 by Veikko Virtanen. The interior was renovated in 2000 and now seats about 1,200, with a children's play area in the main hall.
The bell tower dates from 1851 and has four bells, the oldest from 1658. Outside stands a 1954 memorial to the first Sunday school in Finland. The parish runs youth, family, diaconal, music, confirmation camp and choir activities. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
