The practice offers trauma psychotherapy for people who have experienced a single or repeated traumatic event. Clients can also come for other psychological symptoms or difficult life situations. Therapy can be short-term, from a few sessions to a few months, or long-term, lasting years. EMDR therapy is used as one method within a treatment plan agreed with the client.
Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy is available for ages 16 to 67, and for ages 12 to 15 therapy is possible through a municipal or hospital district payment commitment or self-pay. Individual supervision is also offered for people who support those in mental distress, from a trauma psychotherapy framework, along with inquiries about trauma and crisis work training. Booking in advance is recommended, and there is a toilet on the premises.
