This is an authorised Škoda Service workshop where factory-trained mechanics work to the manufacturer's service guidelines. It uses original Škoda spare parts, with a two-year warranty on parts and labour. The work covers servicing, repairs, warranty work, maintenance contracts, body repairs, tyre work, windscreen replacement and MOT inspection, and collision repairs and windscreen claims are handled with all insurance companies.

Škoda Service Cam provides a free video of the periodic service inspection, and a Smartbox 24/7 key locker lets you drop off and collect the car outside opening hours. A lower-cost Škoda Reilu service is offered for Škodas over 5 years old. A replacement car and a pick-up and return service within 15 km are available, along with a free bicycle loan, and the car can be washed and cleaned inside. Appointments can be booked online, and the car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
