Women's services include maternity and pelvic floor physiotherapy, prenatal MamaMassage and breastfeeding guidance from a midwife. Treatments include Baby Balance infant massage, classic, jaw-muscle, child and mother-and-baby massage, lymphatic scar treatment and fascia work. Nutrition coaching and dietary analysis are also offered.
Small groups cover mother-and-baby exercise and postnatal training, with tailored sessions for companies and other groups. Pregnancy and postnatal support belts, ring cushions and pelvic floor electrical stimulation devices can be hired. Online booking is available. Payment is accepted by card, cash, ePassi, Smartum and Edenred. The car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
