The apartments come with bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, microwave, coffee and water kettles and cooking utensils, and a starter pack of basic consumables. WiFi, water and electricity, home insurance and final cleaning are included in the rent.
Mid-stay cleaning and maintenance are included, so guests only need to wash dishes and take out the rubbish. No deposit is charged to corporate customers, and keys can be handed over at unusual hours, including late at night. The service is aimed at companies housing employees on projects.
