This pastry shop focuses on French-style pastries and desserts, specialising in classic choux pastry and freshly baked croissants. The pastry chefs are a mother and son, Julie and Gabe. Gabe trained at a professional pastry school, and Julie trained alongside him, partly working in a pâtisserie in France.
