The waste management company handles waste treatment, advice and communication for nine municipalities. It promotes waste prevention, recycling and material recovery. Usable goods are collected and resold at the Rusko waste centre and Limingantulli recycling centre.
Rusko has the IPA self-service waste station and trailer hire. Businesses delivering hazardous and certain other waste types need an electronic transfer document. This site's entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
