Founded by Olavi Haataja in 1992, the company provides training, recruitment, workplace wellbeing and vocational rehabilitation services. Its range also includes psychotherapy, brief therapy for companies, work psychology and school and family counselling psychology. Staff have training in psychology, education, social sciences or psychotherapy.
Private individuals, businesses and public-sector clients are served. Most services can also be delivered by video. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, and this office is in Asema 37A.
