This multi-sport and wellness centre offers gyms, group exercise and racket and ball sports under one membership, including squash, badminton, tennis and pickleball. The family company was founded in 1976 as Squashhallit Oy by brothers Seppo and Jouko Rouna. A tennis hall was built in the early 1980s, fitness club operations began in 2004 and all services have been available to members since 2007. The facility covers over 10,000 square metres and draws nearly 400,000 visitors a year.
Options include HYROX training, Biocircuit circuit training, a Technogym Checkup with body composition measurement, personal and small-group training, strength programmes and massage. The Flow recovery centre can be added to a membership, and Pikku-Hukka is a play and exercise area for children aged 3 to 10. Membership can be bought online, and new visitors can try everything on a free trial day. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and the website is also in English.
