This family bakery was founded in 1939 in the yellow wooden house in Kastelli where baking began. Bread is baked in a traditional stone-hearth oven, and the bakery also makes pastries and cakes. The range includes cardamom pastries, hearth-baked rustic bread and decorated cream cakes, and the company says its work rests on traditional methods and high-quality raw ingredients.
Sales in its own shops are described as its most important channel in the area. A gluten-free bakery supports a gluten-free product range, with some products exported. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
