The daycare centre has separate groups for ages 1 to 3 and 4 to 5. Daily activities include play-based exercise, singing and simple rhythm instruments. A trained guide leads weekly Forest Elf outdoor sessions in cooperation with Suomen Latu, the outdoor association.
Each child's key carer and parents discuss goals twice a year. Families are offered monthly coffee or breakfast gatherings and parents' evenings. Children go outdoors year-round in all weather, and a library bus visits the yard monthly. The entrance is accessible.
