A team of cognitive psychotherapists works in the city centre. Cognitive psychotherapy is offered for conditions such as depression and anxiety, and also for personal growth and developing emotion regulation. Therapy aims to change thinking patterns, emotions, bodily sensations and behaviour. An initial assessment visit, therapy sessions and statements are available, and each therapist operates under their own trade name.
The costs of psychotherapy may be partly reimbursed by Kela. The practice is on the third floor of the Asema 37A building, booking an appointment is recommended, and toilet facilities are available.
