Opened in 2015, this underground car park has about 900 spaces and 50 electric vehicle charging spots. Nineteen lifts across six connections lead to places including Valkea shopping centre and Otto Karhi park. Vehicle clearance is 2.6 metres, with bays measuring 2.4 by 5 metres.
Number plate recognition starts and ends parking without tickets or barriers. Payment is available through Moovy, ParkMan or EasyPark, at payment machines, or online within 48 hours of leaving. Contract parking and passes for various durations are also available. On-site businesses provide car servicing, windscreen repairs and washing. Parking and the entrance are wheelchair accessible.
