The company builds move-in-ready log houses under a single contract, handled from the foundations onward. Customisable house models are available, including the Rehti model. A turnkey option is also offered, where the buyer finishes the interiors and fits the fixtures.
Log-house kits are sold to owner-builders too, delivered pre-erected at the factory if agreed. The laminated RYHTI logs are made at the company's own factory in Alajärvi, and they carry a 10-year non-settling guarantee. Model homes can be viewed at open house events and in virtual tours, and houses are exhibited at Finnish housing fairs. The company is located in the Kapteeni shopping centre.
