The construction company takes projects from design to building. Services include permit and structural drawings, principal designer and responsible site manager duties, developer services and contracting. Work includes houses, attic apartments, holiday homes, extensions and renovations.
Electrical and plumbing work is subcontracted. Old permit drawings can be digitised. A FISE-qualified specialist prepares energy certificates, usually within about a week, with urgent work by agreement.
