The company carries out renovation and new construction work. Renovation covers apartment renovations, sauna and bathroom renovations, moisture damage repairs, and roof and exterior cladding work. New builds are delivered on a turnkey basis or in stages agreed with the client, within an agreed schedule. Tiling and masonry are offered as subcontracting, and the work comes with a workmanship guarantee.
The reference list includes tiling projects for several main contractors, among them YIT, LujaTalo, NCC, Temotek, Hartela-Forum and Nasta rakennus. Past sites include hospitals, schools, daycare centres, apartment buildings and commercial buildings. The company is managed by managing director Pasi Kangas.
