Founded in 2005, the family company manufactures custom large timber-frame building elements. Projects include detached, terraced and apartment buildings, commercial and industrial premises and care buildings. Elements are also supplied for passive, plus-energy and low-energy buildings in Finland and elsewhere in Europe.
Production runs on four lines at the Haapavesi factory. Element drawings are prepared from architectural and structural plans, with 3D modelling when needed. Plans can be emailed in DWG or PDF format. Covered storage and covered truck transport form part of a dry supply chain. Customers include professional builders, developers and export companies.
