Operating under the OTAXI brand, the company has five vehicles: one estate car and four people carriers. Vehicles carry up to eight passengers. Airport transfers, stretcher transport and wheelchair-accessible taxis are offered in North Ostrobothnia. The company form changed in 2013, and the founder's taxi experience dates to the 1970s.
Advance bookings can be made online or by phone. Drivers must have local knowledge and language skills and pass the Traficom taxi competence exam. Journeys and locations are recorded in the system, with receipts available on request.
