The non-profit organisation for children and young people offers clubs, courses, training and camp days. Its 4H enterprise training prepares young people to start a small business, while employment and work experience opportunities are offered to 14–17-year-olds. It also takes part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award programme.
Membership gives access to clubs, courses and camps and includes accident insurance. The Osaava kerhonohjaaja course trains volunteer club leaders.
