This gliding club operates at Ahmosuo airfield and at Pudasjärvi Aviation Centre. It runs introduction courses to gliding, including tandem flights with a flight instructor, and training for the gliding pilot licence, with theory courses and flight training. The fleet includes a two-seat training glider, four single-seat gliders and a tow aircraft. Pudasjärvi has a 2 km asphalt runway and is the northernmost gliding site with regular towing.
Members can fly club gliders, and an annual season pass is offered. At Pudasjärvi members have a sauna by the Kivarijoki river, plus a campsite and cabins. The club organises annual competitions and has run RC model aircraft activities since 2020. Smartum, Edenred and ePassi vouchers are accepted.
