Founded in 2012, this venture capital firm focuses on seed-stage deep technology, hardware and software interfacing with hardware that has social or environmental impact. Investments are mainly in Finland and Sweden, as well as other Nordic and Baltic countries.
The firm is typically the first investor and can make follow-on investments. It works directly with founders; around 80 per cent of its portfolio companies have no revenue when it first invests. Portfolio businesses include Flow Computing, Elonroad, SpinDrive and Geyser Batteries.
