Founded in 1945, this child welfare association helps children and families in vulnerable situations. It runs a round-the-clock shelter and provides outpatient support concerning violence, families with babies and separation in families with children. Professional expertise is combined with volunteer and non-profit work.
Separation-related peer groups are offered for parents and children, alongside online events. A national chat service is supported by volunteer peer helpers from the Finnish Shelter Association network. This office has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking area.
