This hotel and restaurant stands in the town centre, next to the main street. The town's first hotel started in this building in 1968. There are 25 rooms. The restaurant's a la carte dishes are made by the head chef. Lunch includes a salad buffet, at least three hot options, fresh breads and dessert, with lactose-free, gluten-free and dairy-free options marked.
Lunch can be delivered to homes or workplaces, which suits elderly people and those with limited mobility. The house hosts Christmas party packages and events, such as a Metsähovi restaurant DJ night. Breakfast is included, and Wi-Fi and parking are free. Pets are welcome, the building is non-smoking and there is a hot tub, but no swimming pool or gym.
