Run by the same family since 1863, the organic farm produces buckwheat flour and flakes, rye flour, barley groats and milk for Valio. Crops use rotation and mechanical weed control. Cows graze even in winter, while sheep manage the landscape. The farm includes protected old pine forest and seminatural pastures.
Products are sold directly from the farm. Order online, by phone or email, then collect and pay in cash. School and day-care groups also visit. The farm belongs to the Karelia à la carte network and received the Food Educator award in 2024.
