Founded in 1969, the hunting club promotes sustainable hunting, game management, nature conservation and shooting sports, and supports young beginners. Activities include small-game and moose hunting with dogs. Its log hunting lodge beside Lake Valkeislampi was built in 1969.
Members and the public can book the lodge and wood-heated lakeside sauna through an online calendar. The hall holds 80–100 people, with a commercial kitchen, open fireplace and sleeping space for seven, plus an optional extra room. Membership is by application.
