Starting with garden tree felling in 2001, the business now provides property maintenance, small repairs and construction. It maintains heat exchangers, bleeds radiators, opens doors, mows lawns, collects leaves, clears snow, grits paths and removes roof snow. Construction includes cottages, garages, sheds, saunas and foundations.
A mini excavator is used for garden and foundation work, with larger jobs and some cleaning subcontracted. Cottage spring cleaning and window washing can be ordered separately. Plumbing work is carried out on its own new builds and maintained properties. Clients include housing companies, cottage and house owners and businesses. An on-call maintenance line is available.
