Set in a sanatorium building designed by Aino and Alvar Aalto, the restaurant serves a buffet lunch with a weekly changing menu. It uses local produce and Finnish ingredients where possible, following the seasons. The summer café offers mainly house-baked sweet and savoury items, with a pastry display in autumn and winter.
Lunch tables can be reserved by email. Family celebrations and private events are hosted, and catering is available. Menu labels identify lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free choices. The entrance, seating, toilet and parking are wheelchair accessible.
