Municipal youth work is open to children and young people from grade four upwards. Its two venues are Koppa and Pinkkari. Activities include events, excursions and year-round programmes in cooperation with schools and associations. The service also guides the Youth Council and Children's Parliament.
Outreach youth work supports 16–29-year-olds outside education or employment on a voluntary, confidential basis. Koppa offers drop-in afternoons, crafts and cooking activities led by youth worker Lasse Hinkula. Contact is available through WhatsApp, with activities shared on Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook.
