The Evangelical Lutheran parish arranges baptisms, weddings and funerals, alongside youth evenings, Bible study groups and charity meals. Its church, parish hall, Wanha pappila former parsonage and Harju chapel can be hired for events. Capacities are 500 in the church, 170 in the hall, 60 in the chapel and 40 in the former parsonage.
Poikkeusharju camp centre is available for camps and events. Marriage impediment examinations and church certificates are handled by the Tampere regional central register. The entrance, toilet and car park are wheelchair accessible.
