This pensioners' association brings together retired people in northwest Pirkanmaa. It is a member association of the Central Union of Pensioners in Finland and was founded at its constituent meeting in 1975. It meets on Wednesdays at Urheilutalo Pontevala.
Activities include social events, hobby groups and expert-led clubs. In spring and autumn there are outdoor days at a cottage, trips and visits to places of interest, and joint winter swimming trips to Kankaanpää with other associations. Members receive the Eläkkeensaaja magazine seven times a year, and supported holidays, mainly theme holidays, are offered through Hyvinvointilomat ry.
