The company sells Polar frost-proof heated water pipe, a self-regulating heating-cable pipe system designed for the Nordic climate. Frost protection works down to -40°C, and the cable runs on 230 V. The system is supplied ready to connect and can be cut to length, with coils of up to 150 m available. The pipes are made of PE100 polyethylene and meet EN 12201, Insta-Cert and Nordic Poly Mark certification.
The range also includes Polar Green pipe made from recycled material for irrigation, not approved for drinking water, and connection fittings such as branch pieces, quick couplers and electrofusion sleeves. The pipe can be buried under a thin soil layer, laid on the ground or snow, or hung above ground. It is intended for farms, production buildings, cottages, construction sites, boats and saunas. Customised orders and delivery across Finland are offered.
