This shopping centre stands on the E21 road on the Tornio river bank at the Finland–Sweden border. Its shops sell Lapland handicrafts, design products, and hunting and fishing gear. They include a Pentik shop, Lumi-Mari with Marimekko, LauRie, Aarikka and Joutsen, Kaira Outdoors for hiking, hunting and fishing equipment, and Wanhan Warkauden Kauppahalli with handmade products and locally made chef knives.
The Granni restaurant seats 200, with a daily lunch buffet, stone-oven pizza and a summer terrace by the river. Two private cabinets suit memorial events, private gatherings and meetings, and the Minttula play area for children is on the lower floor. Electric car charging points are on site, along with unmanned self-service tourist information points. The entrance, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible, but there is no hearing loop.
