Established in 2008, the sole practitioner's service offers cognitive psychotherapy for young people and adults, and professional supervision. Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy covers ages 16–25 and 26–67; young people's individual therapy includes guidance for parents. Self-funded therapy is also available.
Supervision serves individuals, pairs, groups and whole workplaces, using practical methods alongside discussion when appropriate. Other services include psychodrama and playback theatre group facilitation, training and consultancy. Playback theatre is based on improvisation. Services can be arranged nationwide, and booking is recommended.
