This independent hardware store belongs to the Rautanet chain, founded in 2015. The range covers building materials, tools, paint, plumbing and electrical supplies, interior items and garden products. The same company also runs Ysikaluste, Ysivuokraus (rentals), Ysimajat and Ysihotelli.
The seasonal garden shop stocks Finnish seedlings, perennials, summer flowers, soil and fertilisers. Seedlings from a local nursery can be ordered and are delivered to the store here or to the one in Varkaus. About seven permanent staff work here, roughly doubling in summer. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
