Completed in summer 2014, the artificial-turf pitch measures 100 by 60 metres and has four football goals. Nearby facilities include an ice hall, swimming hall, tennis and padel courts, a pump track for skaters and outdoor exercise spots. Hiekanpää beach and its beach volleyball courts are about 50 metres away.
Users can switch on and dim the LED lights using a switch outside the pitch at the Lake Pieksänjärvi end. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
