The practice offers osteopathy, therapeutic massage, sports massage, classical massage and masticatory muscle massage. The osteopath trained at the Atlas osteopathy school and the massage therapist at the Vierumäki Sports Institute. Treatment covers neck and shoulder tension, back pain, lower limb complaints, sports and overuse injuries, headaches and migraine, as well as nervous system complaints, sleep difficulties, stress and anxiety. Child osteopathy is available for ages 6 to 14.
Treatment plans are tailored to each client's situation and goals, and a free consultation call is available for those unsure which treatment suits them. Book online; a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Card, cash, invoice and workplace wellbeing benefit cards are accepted, and gift cards and session cards are valid for six months. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
