This gym is part of the GOGO Express chain, which runs 23 gyms in 15 towns across Finland. The gym area of about 1,200 m² is in the Prisma building and has over 150 training stations: a large free-weight area, plate-loaded equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, cross trainers and rowing machines. There is also space for fitness boxing and stretching.
Changing rooms have lockable lockers and showers, and a café and sports supplement sales are on site. Membership options are Daytime, Basic and Premium, and a day pass is available via the app. The minimum age for independent training is 14, and 12 to 13-year-olds may train with a guardian. Parking in front of the building is free, and the car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
