The charging station is at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport and is run by Virta, an EV charging network operating in more than 35 countries. Chargers in the network can be used with the Virta mobile app.
It suits air travellers who want to charge a car at the airport. Virta's network has over 120,000 charge points of its own and, through roaming, more than 800,000 public points, so the same app also gives access to other operators' stations.
