Business counselling is a confidential one-to-one conversation with an expert, reached by phone on weekdays. Growth programmes include GrowthBASE startup coaching, Virtaa group coaching for small entrepreneurs and Grow² growth coaching. There is also coaching in leadership, product and service development, sales readiness, employer branding and export, plus the North Karelia Business Godparents and the Entrepreneur's Financial Aid.
