Housed in a former village primary school, the museum displays everyday household and cooking tools, handicraft supplies, and hunting and fishing items. The exhibition was renewed in 2020. The village is recognised by the Finnish Heritage Agency as a nationally significant built cultural environment.
Digital guided tours are available through eMuseo. Alongside adult material, a children's tour follows a ten-year-old character in a story set in 1920.
